Spent 2 nights here and it wasn’t too great. The room was pretty dusty and the bed felt like it was done for, not helping my back at all. On the bright side, the staff were nice and breakfast was included, but parking can be a hassle. Honestly, it could use some updates.

So, I was placed in this cramped room that wasn't even properly finished – pipes hanging out and a weird layout. The check-in was a total hassle, felt like I was being shuffled around from one place to another. Oh, and the coffee in the morning? Let's just say a sad-looking croissant does not make a breakfast. kinda sketchy vibe outside.

This place was a great fit for a city break in Ilford with attractive and competitive value for money. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, offering a nice start to the day. Make sure to check if parking permits are available.
